Kali spent more than two decades leading technology and healthcare companies, helping organizations solve complicated problems involving automation, payments, and operations. But after years in boardrooms, airports, and strategy meetings, he found himself drawn to something much more tangible: building a business centered around craftsmanship, people, and trust.

As co-owner of Groovy Hues Painting of Tampa, Kali brings the same discipline, systems thinking, and customer-first mindset that shaped his executive career—but now applied to helping homeowners transform their spaces with simplicity and peace of mind. He believes great service should feel professional, predictable, and personal all at the same time.

When he’s not working with customers, Kali enjoys writing, mentoring entrepreneurs, and exploring new ideas around technology and business innovation.

On just her third day as an immigrant, Mohini landed her very first job—as a painter in the University’s utilities shop, not the arts department! From there, she earned her degree, worked in IT, and raised her children. Groovy Hues Painting of Tampa is Mohini's long-awaited answer to the question she set aside for years: "What do you want to do when the kids grow up?"

When she’s not meeting with clients and helping them understand just how much skill and expertise goes into what many dismiss as a "simple paint job,” Mohini is also a published author and a proud recipient of the bronze National Presidential Volunteer Service Award.
