Franc Esco9 days agoWe hired Groovy after messaging them thru Google and arranging an appointment. There were one of only 2 that were prompt, on-time, and showed up with professional shirts and logos so that was a big plus. We wanted a good job done, not the cheapest job. They were 2nd most expensive but worth every penny with no reservation. We paid them to paint our kitchen cabinets and walls, ceilings, doors surrounding the kitchen as part of a renovation including new backsplash tiles from Spain, and new floor tiles from Turkiye. The frames and doors of the cabinets came out like glass. In fact it surprised us as we selected 'satin' and didn't expect them to shine as much but that's a testament to how well they sanded/polished them between coats. What you don't see in the final pictures is the extensive prep work. Every inch was covered and the kitchen was sealed during spraying. Lots of small hairline cracks and nail pops we never knew existed were all patched prior to painting. I'd say prep/patching was 90 % of the work and the painting was the easiest part! We plan to call them again soon because we have a new 10ft wall of cabinets being installed on the other side surrounding our fridge, and they will get painted Sherwin Williams Aesthetic white also. We chose the color scheme because Aesthetic white complimented our countertops/tiles, while clashing the least with adjoining rooms. Next will be new appliance delivery. If you want your JOB DONE RIGHT the first time, and save money not having it done cheaply by amateurs using cheap paint that cracks and washes off ... Don't even think about using anyone else other than Groovy Hues --- The best in South Charlotte !! xxxoooxxx+3Posted on Google

margaret mills45 days agoWe had an absolutely great experience with Groovy Hues and would highly recommend them! Caesar and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived before 9:00 every morning and stayed until 5:30 or later each day to make sure the job was completed within the timeframe we were given. They were always friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. They painted the entire interior of our house, including walls, ceilings, trim doors and cabinets - and they truly went above and beyond. Anything we pointed out at the beginning or end of the day was addressed promptly and without hesitation. Aldo was also amazing throughout the entire process. During the initial walkthrough, he took the time to provide us with multiple estimates based on different options for the work we wanted done. He was also there on the first day and walked through the project with the company owner and crew to make sure everyone was on the same page. He was always available whenever I had a question before or during the project, which made the entire experience so much easier. For a large, older home like ours, they definitely had their work cut out for them—and they delivered! We couldn’t be happier with the finished product or with the service we received from the entire team. Five stars all the way!
